Fairfax, Va. (June 10, 2009) – The American Red Cross of the National Capital Area will host its Sixth  Annual Invitational Golf Tournament on Monday, June 15, at the new Trump National Golf Club, formerly Lowes Island Club, 20391 Lowes Island Blvd., Potomac Falls, Va. Booz Allen Hamilton is Silver Sponsor for the event, and American Airlines, Pyramid Systems, Verizon Wireless and The Washington Times are Bronze sponsors. This event is one of the major fundraising activities for the local Red Cross chapter, which is reliant on financial contributions from the local community. 

“This tournament continues in its tradition of being one of the most sought-after charity golf events in the D.C. area,” said Steve Hintersehr, member of the board of the Red Cross of the National Capital Area and co-chair of the golf tournament. “Any customers or prospects you invite to this event will remember you!”
