Annual Meeting, May 2009 A Community of Heroes Each year the Red Cross of the National Capital Area hosts an Annual Meeting to highlight the progress made toward ensuring that the D.C. Metropolitan area is the best prepared, the most responsive and the most fully engaged community before, during and after a disaster.
