Dale Koepenick

Dale Koepenick has extensive experience in program development, management and consulting. Her early career was with Montgomery County and the City of Rockville where she directed programs which provided health and social services to senior adults. She was the Executive Director of the D.C. Providers Council of Services to the Aging as well as the first Program Director of the Greater Southeast Center for Aging. Later she was a marketing and public relations consultant in Montgomery County for private clients, local governments, non-profit organizations and health care providers.

In 1990, Ms. Koepenick moved with her husband and family to Frankfurt, Germany where she became a member of her local American Women’s Organization. She served in a variety of positions within the 1000-member organization, including President, 1^st VP, Advisor and chair of numerous committees. During her more than eight years in Germany, Ms. Koepenick also became active in the larger Federation of American Women’s Organizations (FAWCO) - a 15,000-member organization with chapters in 37 countries throughout the world. She chaired their 1996 Conference in Germany and continued working for FAWCO when she returned to the U.S. as the local chair of their 2000 Conference in Washington, D.C. She has served as the President of the FAWCO Alumnae USA and currently is editor of their newsletter. In addition to the volunteer activities mentioned, Ms. Koepenick worked as the English client-materials editor for an international executive search firm while abroad. Since 2000, she has been engaged in international relocation as a private consultant.

Ms. Koepenick holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Management from Marymount University. She lives with her husband in Bethesda, MD, has a son in the U.S. Marines and a married daughter living and working in Houston, TX.
